Megan Flight Frenzy
We caught the Country Cafe at a weird time. They had just lost power, but there were several things to choose from on the buffet. We realized before we even sat down at a table that we had no payment because we had a card. We were prepared to find an alternative, but Mrs. Lynnette was so kind and said we could mail a check later. The food was delicious, and the people were so hospitable! Also, best hush puppies EVER!! If we end up in the area again, we'll be back!

We took a dash off the beaten path and were surprised to find this restaurant in the middle of "downtown" Chester. This quaint little restaurant has great food at excellent prices. It's exactly what you would expect from a restaurant located in a really small town. The staff was very friendly and you could tell that they took pride in turning out a good meal. It's not too far off of I-49. So, give them a try if you are in the area. They are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
